To start with I feel my job as your instructor is to make you a better and safer diver then you were when we started your class. If its your very first class as an open water diver I strive to provide you with the training to have better skills than most other entry level divers with an emphasis buoyancy control. I also have the advantage of not selling dive equipment so I can concentrate on your training not on trying to push gear sales on you.
The Advanced Open Water class I teach is setup to make sure you come out with advanced skills. Some other shops will push computer diving or underwater photography (each are great classes) but I push classes like Peak Performance Buoyancy classes that help you become a more Advanced Diver not just get a card.
